Book of Mormon: Another Testament of Jesus Christ

I know that the Book of Mormon is true and that is the Word of God. It is another testament of Jesus Christ and fulfillment of Ezekiel 37:16 & 19   “Moreover, thou son of man, take thee one stick, and write upon it, For Judah, and for the children of Israel his companions: then take another stick, and write upon it, For Joseph, the stick of Ephraim, and for all the house of Israel his companions:  Say unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I will take the stick of Joseph, which is in the hand of Ephraim, and the tribes of Israel his fellows, and will put them with him, even with the stick of Judah, and make them one stick, and they shall be one in mine hand.”

I would like to encourage you and challenge you to read the Book of Mormon and then pray about it. It says in Moroni 10:4 & 5 “ And when ye shall receive these things, I would exhort you that ye would ask God, the Eternal Father, in the name of Christ, if these things are not true; and if ye shall ask with a sincere heart, with real intent, having faith in Christ, he will manifest the truth of it unto you, by the power of the Holy Ghost. And by the power of the Holy Ghost ye may know the truth of all things.

I know without a shadow of doubt that Joseph Smith was a prophet of God and through him the True Church was restored. I know we have a loving Heavenly Father, who loves cares for us. He is merciful Father and He is God of 2nd & 3rd chances. His son is knocking at door of your heart and all you have to do is let Him in. As you let Him in, He will show the truth and truth will set you free. As He shows you the truth, you too will know that Church of Jesus Christ of Latter- Day Saints is God’s true Church. I say these things in Jesus name. Amen

“Be Ye Whole in Christ’s Name!”

“Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within

   me.” Psalm 51:10

Our Heavenly Father loved us so much that He sent His only begotten son to die for us on the cross. When our Heavenly Father looked down on the cross – He saw His Son and His Son’s blood and He also saw that debt of our sins was paid in full. Our Heavenly Father is more concern for our hearts, emotions, attitudes, intellect and our whole being. He wants to reign in our hearts. All we have to do is let Him in through His Son Jesus Christ.

In Ezekiel 11:19, He promised the following: “And I will give them one heart, and I will put a new spirit within you; and I will take the stony heart out of their flesh, and will give them an heart of flesh:”

As we let Him in, we become His living Temple as He takes His rightful place and sits in the thrown of our hearts. As Jesus clean out the Temple in Jerusalem, He is cleaning our Temple from inside and out. As He cleans this Temple of ours, all we have to do is repent of our sins and wrong doings. And all we have to do is have a humble and teachable spirit. We have to have a willingness to change and grow in His merciful spirit. Our ways are not His ways. As He walks through the chambers of our heart – we become pliable to His sweet Spirit as our life takes 180 degrees change.

As we continue to humble ourselves, we slowly become the person the Lord wants us to be. Each one of us has a calling on our lives and His Spirit will guide us to become that person. He is not only changing us, but He is making us whole. As we become whole our lives become abundantly too. We have been transformed by His love. We are no longer Steve, Joe or Pete, but a new creation in Him. As we walk in this journey and our lives are changed into the image of Christ.

“His Grace is Sufficient!”

“And he said unto me, my grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness.”

Corinthians 12:9a

Our Heavenly Father loves us so much that He uses any means to reach us. His love is overpowering and overwhelming for us that He gave His best – His only begotten son, Jesus Christ. Jesus is the essence of Our Heavenly Father’s love. The love of Our Heavenly Father and His son, Jesus, goes hand in hand. You cannot separate this love. It is always there and constant. The love of Our Heavenly Father was nailed to the cross, so that our debt could be paid in full.
It says in Revelations 3:20 that Jesus is standing at the doors of our heart asking to come in. All we have to do is open that door and let Him in. As we let Him in, let Him sit on thrown of our hearts. He is working on our hearts, emotions and attitudes. As He sits on this thrown, He does a major clean up in our lives. He will work on each room in our heart and even in our closets. As He does this is all we have do is to repent and be sorrowful for our sins and having wiliness to change and to grow in this love.

We may slip and fail as we take this journey with Our Lord, but He is always there to encourage us to go on and finish the race. When we fall, all we need to do is dust ourselves off and ask for His love and mercy. Then pick yourself up and dust yourself off and press towards the mark of Christ. As we press forward, Jesus is there by our sides and saying, “Go on my son – you can do it! Remember my grace is sufficient for you.” Where we are weak – He is strong.  Where we are poor – He is rich. There is a children’s song that says the following “Jesus on inside working on outside.” Remember in Psalm 23, it says when we walk through valley of death – His rod and staff comforts us - like any good shepherd He does comfort us. Remember His goodness and mercy will follow us all the days of our lives.
If you haven’t let Jesus in, I would encourage you do so. Then step aside and let God has His way with you. Remember we don’t have to be perfect because He was and He did pay our debt in full.  He loves us and cares for us and He is calling you to join Him on this road of life.
